The Olde Peculiar provides an authentic traditional setting, combining a pub and restaurant where good wholesome food can be enjoyed.
Our customers can expect to enjoy a large selection of home made food. We are renowned for our homemade traditional pies including national favourites such as Steak and Kidney, Beef and Mushroom and Chicken and Mushroom.
We have carefully selected the origin of all our ingredients, building trusted relationships with our local suppliers of meat and vegetables. Supporting our local businesses whilst providing our customers with a generous helping of quality meals.
Our menus are served every evening from 6pm to 9pm as well as Wednesday to Saturday lunchtimes 12noon to 2pm.
On a Sunday lunchtime between 12noon and 3pm, you can enjoy a traditional Sunday roast with freshly prepared seasonal vegetables. Every Sunday lunch a choice of 2 roasts are available, Roast Topside of Beef with homemade Yorkshire pudding, and 1 other either Leg of Lamb, Roast Loin of Pork, Roast Turkey or Roast Chicken from £6.95.
