“A really lovely pub with a great atmosphere. Good, honest and tasty pub food and great drinks on offer. We stayed in the family room which was immaculate. The beds are really comfortable with a good shower and a large living area. For somewhere to stay with easy access to local amenities, Cannock Chase and a great local pub this is great. ”

“Myself and my wife went for a quick drink on a sunny sunday afternoon , the pub itself has a very historical feel to it and is full of Ye olde memorabilia to keep your eyes busy , we did not eat but the food that was coming out the kitchen to other customers looked and smelt amazing and not shy on portions , so i think a trip back there for a meal is certainly on the cards and the prices are very good , the pub is very clean and they have a very large selection of drinks to choose , Ales , ciders and lager.”
